IT Service Manger/Project Coordinator

February 2024 – Present

I work hand in hand with our senior executive team to ensure seamless service delivery in both our offices. I oversee our internal and client projects while working with our entire team to ensure the proper resources are correctly quoted and allocated. I also handle client escalations, service team hires, and training/coaching for our service team. I play a large role in implementing new policies and procedures to continue improving our operations while maintaining a positive workplace.

Senior Network Engineer/Site Lead

February 2021 – January 2024

Moved up from entry level network engineer to our senior network technician and site lead. Gained experience in a variety of network environments and learned to quickly adapt to constantly evolving systems across thousands of endpoints. Took on a variety of tasks including new hardware deployment, meeting compliance standards, large scale projects, and network administration. Also led deployment of multiple systems that expanded our offering to clients and helped grow our company.

Advanced Repair Agent

August 2019- March 2021

Duties primarily consist of troubleshooting and repairing client devices, in store and over the phone. Job requires a strong background in customer service and a wide array of technical knowledge in regards to computers on all operating systems as well as mobile devices.

Store Manager

July 2016- July 2019

Was a store manager at one of the company’s highest volume stores. Duties included making schedule, ordering, deescalation of customer issues, keeping cash and inventory controlled and audited, maintaining store appearance, putting in work orders when needed, and ensuring that employees were up to date on all necessary training and certifications. My boss recognized early on after promoting me that I was becoming a big help with hiring not only for my store but for the entire district. After that I oversaw multiple hiring events for our district. On top of this was assisting with IT support for our entire district.

Floating Manager

July 2015- July 2016

Floating manager for multiple districts in the Tri-Cities area. Was usually moving back and forth between stores very quickly, which required strong organizational skills and adaptability to move between different teams, stores, and regions while ensuring a consistent, smooth operation at all times.

Sales Associate

June 2013- July 2015

Learned how to work efficiently in a fast paced environment. Also was assisting with more managerial duties like closing day, inventory, and checking in vendors early on.

Data Entry Intern

June 2009- January 2010

Internship mostly doing SQL reporting, but also assisted with updating software documentation. Due to my performance was kept on board double as long as originally planned.
